This sifting machine is manufactured as per the highest standards that meet cGMP norms. All the rubber parts are of silicon food & pharma grade, & the glue used in a mesh is resin-bonded glue: US FDA compliance glue.
A vibrating sifter has a notably serene design with a totally enclosed structure that ensures dust-free operation along with a leakage-proof system. Further, all the weld joints of the vibro sifter machine are crevice-free, providing hygienic & contamination-free operation.

The gyratory sifter comes in mirror polish with a 0.1-0.2 RA surface finish inside as well as outside, & sizes range from 24” to 72” in diameter. Mirror polishing makes cleaning of the machine very easy & helps in auditing of material deposits. This gyro sifter has contact parts made with the highest quality of stainless steel, i.e., SS 316L.
For smooth functioning, we deliver a sifter machine with a quick-release toggle clamp. DQ, IQ & OQ documentation is available along with other essential certificates like MOC, etc.
Working Principle
PROVIDES QUALITY MATERIAL WITH ZERO CONTAMINATION
This ingenious design of the Vibro Sifter involves adding two eccentric weights on the upper and lower ends of the motion-generating shafts. These dual weights allow the machine to move in a circular motion, which adds speed and efficiency to the screening process. While the top weight works on distributing the material across the screen mesh, the lower weights are dedicated to tilt the machine which generates vertical vibrations. This dual force is the reason behind Sanitary Sivtek’s high-intensity vibrations.
